Foundation for the Philippine Environment
The Foundation for the Philippine Environment (FPE) was organized to help reverse the rapid destruction of the Philippine natural resource base through a strategic and integrated conservation program. A grant-making institution, FPE was incorporated on January 15, 1992.

PCIERD-DOST
The Philippine Council for Industry and Energy Research and Development (PCIERD) is one of the sectoral planning councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). It is mandated to serve as the central agency in the planning, monitoring and promotion of scientific and technological research for applications in the industry, energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors. It has the authority to set and specify research and development (R&D) goals and priorities and rationalize the allocation of available resources for its delineated sectors.
